4. Lääne- ja Põhjamere füüsikalise meditsiini ja taastusravi konverents

The Baltic and North Sea Forum on Physical & Rehabilitation Medicine (BNF-PRM), is currently preparing a highly scientific and innovative conference with the motto “Rehabilitation – teamwork without borders”.

The 4th Baltic and North Sea Conference on Physical and Rehabilitation Medicine will be held on September 16-18, 2015 in Riga, Latvia.

The main tracks of the conference are “The role of the immune system in
rehabilitation” and “Transition from childhood to adulthood
rehabilitation”.

The first day of the 4th BNC PRM conference will take place in Riga
Stradins University and be continued at International Exhibition Centre
“Íîpsala”, along with 8th International Medical Fair „MedBaltica 2015”.

The conference is organized in cooperation with Riga Stradins University, Karolinska Institutet and Latvian Rehabilitation Board.

Deadline for early bird registration is July 1, 2015
and for abstract submission is April 1, 2015.

2-nd Speech Language Therapist’s Congress of Baltic states:
Neurological Speech and Language Disorders: toward evidence-based practice

General information
We would like to invite speech language therapists who work in health care or educational institutions to participate actively in 2-nd Speech Language Therapist’s Congress of Baltic states: Neurological Speech and Language Disorders: toward evidence-based practice. The congress will be held on 17th of April in 2015 in Lithuania (Šiauliai)

    The purpose of this congress is to share interdisciplinary knowledge, experience, attitudes to the neurological origin of children and adults with speech, swallowing, voice and language disorders, prevention and evidence-based approaches to overcome them.

   Languages: Lithuanian (with translation to English) and English (with translation to Lithuanian)
Place of the Congress: Siauliai University library , Vytauto str. 84 – 205 aud. LT-76352 Siauliai (Lithuania)

   Important dates
Till the 1st of January, 2015 – the main speakers and summary of publications will be announced;
Till the 1st of February, 2015 – summary of presentations (abstracts) must be sent to peer review and approval;
Till the 8th of February, 2015 – summary of presentations (abstracts) approval;
Till the 1st of March, 2015 – acknowledgement of the congress programme;
Till the 15th of March, 2015 – registration to the congress.
