Dear Supporters,
We are delighted to announce that the “Basic Flexible Endoscopic Examination of Swallowing (Basic FEES) Workshop 2027” will be held again on 9th and 10th January 2027 (Saturday and Sunday). This workshop is organized jointly by Department of Otorhinolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery, Faculty of Medicine and the Institute of Human Communicative Research, The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
The workshop aims to provide speech therapists and doctors with the latest updates on dysphagia management and intervention, while promoting the use of Flexible Endoscopic Examination of Swallowing (FEES) in the assessment of dysphagia, rehabilitation planning, and as a biofeedback tool. It is designed to bridge the gap between theory and practice by offering hands-on opportunities for participants to pass the laryngoscope.
