Dear ESLA Member Associations,
I am writing to ask for your help in promoting the ESLA Congress 2027, which will take place in Porto on 27–29 May 2027.
The Call for Abstracts is currently open, and we would be very grateful if you could share the information with your members, networks, universities, researchers and clinicians who may be interested in contributing to the scientific programme.
We would very much like to broaden participation across countries, professional areas and fields of research and practice. Your support in reaching colleagues nationally can make a real difference.
The Congress theme is:
“Bridging innovation and care for the future of SLT.”
We welcome abstracts from across the breadth of speech and language therapy, including clinical practice, research, education, professional development, policy, technology and innovation.
The abstract submission deadline is 30 October 2026.
Please feel free to share the Congress information through your newsletters, mailing lists, websites and social media channels, and to encourage colleagues directly to consider submitting an abstract.
